Subject : Explanation of show cause regarding justification of engine running hour
Instead of lub. oil running hour.

Dear Sir,

With due respect, this is for your kind information that , In our present sampling pro forma of lub. oil, we clearly mention engine running hour & lub. oil running hour separately.
Just to minimize human error in taking lub. oil sample in next consecutive 500 hrs. of interval, I preferred above slot to match up with engine running hour.
